Recent reports that the EU are about to force the Spanish Government to make changes to land laws relevant to eminent domain aquisition under LUV and previous law LRAU without forcing retrospective compensation doesn’t bode well for the thousands of ex-pats already affected and out of pocket due to the affair.
The class action in the European Court of Human Rights also seems to be a damp squib as cases must be filed within five months of of the loss occurring. The handful of cases that are elligible dont start to make a dent into the core of those affected.
I can announce that anyone that has been affected can now at least get their greivances published.

In association with AMLA, The Association of Multiple Listing Agents, anyone who is out of pocket due to LRAU or LUV and would like to air their story will be able soon to have their story published by AMLA in an attempt to highlight the vast numbers of people affected for whom it seems no compensation will be forthcoming.
