Moraira Couple Overcharged by Telefonica - Go Figure!!!!
A Moraira couple have had a great deal of trouble communicating with this company .
They have discovered that over a long period they have been overcharged by them and have tried to rectify the situation without success.
They then discovered that an additional charge had been added for something they did not actually have . In total they have been overcharged by 1200 euros .
They feel quite strongly that Telefonica would not listen to them or do anything to help.
It has taken a report in a newspaper to get the company to respond and hopefully to change things
